When making a space reservation from the app and selecting multiple repetitions<\/strong> for that reservation, it is very likely that there is no resource with availability for all the selected days.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

If this happens, the “Book without full lot”<\/strong> functionality allows you to check the availability of each space on the selected days,<\/span> on the selected time<\/span>.

1. Access the “Space Reservation”<\/b> form from the Home screen.<\/span><\/li>\n
2. Fill in the fields<\/strong> <\/span>required including the desired number of repetitions<\/strong> <\/span><\/span>.
   \nClick on <\/span>“<\/span>Search for spaces”.<\/strong> <\/span><\/li>\n
3. As there are no resources available with these criteria and repetitions, the following dialog will offer you to consult the available dates by clicking on “See availability”<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
4. From the floor plan or list you will be able to check the actual availability<\/strong> (example: 4 of 5 available dates) of each space and its details. <\/span> <\/li>\n
5. Select the space that suits you best and click on “Book available dates”<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
