When can I check-in a reservation for others?
As the reservation supervisor, you can check in for all guests or individually for each one.
- Check-in for all: will be available from the start time of the reservation.
- Individual check-in at a specific post: it will be available from before the start of the reservation.
This check-in period is configured in the rules of each resource.
If you are a guest of the reserve, you will be able to check in individually during the check-in period set by your organization.
When can I check out of a reservation for others?
As supervisor of the reservation, you will be able to check out for all guests or individually for each one.
- Check-out for all: Will be available when all reserved seats have checked in.
- Individual check-out at a specific station: Will be available when the check-in for it has been completed.
If you are a guest of the reservation, you will be able to check-out individually after you have checked-in.
Add a new post to an existing reserve for others.
- From the reservation form, click on the “Add” button in the “Posts” section.
- Select a new available position on the floor plan or in the list.
- Once selected click on “Add post”.
Types of fixed resource assignments and how to consult them from the management panel.
There are three types of assignments for fixed assets:
- User: the user makes a manual assignment from the app, assigning his parking space or fixed parking space for a certain period of time.
- Automatic: it is the system that automatically assigns a resource when the user’s work status (vacation, for example) does not allow the user to use it.
- Management panel: this is an assignment made by a manager from the management panel for a user of the organization.
To consult the assignments that exist in a given resource, you can do so from the “Reservations > Reservation management” section of the management panel.
Can I assign a fixed resource if your building or plant is locked?
Yes, you can assign a fixed resource without any problems.
However, while a resource, its floor or building is locked, the user will no longer be able to view the details of its assignment from the app, and therefore will not be able to use it.
When the resource is unlocked again, the fixed allocation will again be available to its users and can be used normally.
Is it possible to create a reservation for others on holidays?
No, under no circumstances is it possible to make reservations on a public holiday from the app.
In a pool for others, how does the work status of each user affect the allocation of jobs?
When making a reservation for others, the supervisor will be able to “skip” the work statuses of the guests. This means that even if a user’s work status prevents him/her from making reservations (out of the office, for example), a supervisor will still be able to assign him/her a seat for that date.
I can't find the "My vehicles" section in my app profile.
The “My vehicles” section in the app user profile will only be displayed if there are parking resources in your organization and if your organization has the “Vehicle required for parking reservations” functionality activated.
In addition, the user must have at least one parking group associated with him or have a fixed parking space assigned to him in order to be able to view and access this section.
Until when can a reservation be edited?
Generally, you will be able to modify the date, time and other parameters of a reservation until it becomes “Active”.
A reservation is considered to have started (active) when the check-in has been made from the reservation record or when the start time has already passed for a reservation that does not require check-in to start.
In the case of reservations for others, only the supervisor can edit the reservation.
How far in advance can a reservation be made?
First of all, this will depend on the advance configured for each category (stall, space, parking and dining room) in the rule of the user who is trying to create the reservation.
If the user rule does not have any lead time configured, the lead time available for booking from the rule of the resource you are trying to book will be respected.
