How to add or register vehicles in your organization.

If your organization has configured the “Vehicle required for parking reservations” functionality, it will be necessary to register and validate requests for each vehicle used by users.
However, if this functionality remains disabled, users will be able to make parking reservations freely without registering any vehicle.

1. Access to the section “Vehicles” section from the side menu.
2. At the top right click on “Add” and select the option “Add vehicle”.
3. Search and select a user from your organization.
   Fill in their vehicle information (license plate, make, model, color…) and select the buildings to which you want to send them. you want to allow access.
4. Once filled in, theado the form click on “Save”.

1. Access to the section “Vehicles” section from the side menu.
2. At the top right click on “Add” and select the option “Add vehicles in block”.
3. You can add vehicles manually or by uploading a CSV file.
   • • Manual: add the information of each vehicle following the indicated format.
     • Upload CSV: Upload a file containing the information of all the vehicles you want to add.
4. Finally, select the buildings to which you want to allow access and click on ” “. click on “Save”.

1. Access to the section “Vehicles” section from the side menu.
2. In the upper right corner click on “Pending validations“.
3. From the list, scroll down the options for each application from the 3 dots icon and click on “Validate application”.
